Alongside your expert local guide, you will dive deep into the history and evolution of the Khmer Empire.Your itinerary includes the ancient capital of Angkor Thom, home to the enigmatic stone faces of Bayon Temple. You will also explore Ta Prohm, the famous "Tomb Raider" temple heavily reclaimed by the jungle, and Banteay Srei, renowned for its remarkably intricate carvings in pink sandstone. To escape the midday heat, lunch will be served at a charming local restaurant. In the evening, immerse yourself in Cambodian culture with a traditional Khmer dinner and dance performance. Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 3: Off the Beaten Path: Beng Mealea, Koh Ker & Jungle Camping

An early morning departure by private vehicle takes you deep into the Cambodian countryside. Your first stop is the raw, unrestored ruins of Beng Mealea, entering from the eastern side to explore the hidden corners of the massive complex. Next, continue to the remote pyramid temple of Koh Ker, followed by a relaxing lunch break at a local restaurant to avoid the peak midday sun. In the afternoon, travel onward toward Preah Khan of Kampong Svay, stopping near Prasat Damrei. Tonight, experience the magic of the Cambodian wilderness with an overnight jungle camping experience.

Day 4: Exploring Preah Khan (Kampong Svay) & Return to Siem Reap
After an early breakfast at the campsite, pack up the equipment and drive to the main complex of Preah Khan of Kampong Svay. Spend the morning exploring this massive, rarely visited archaeological site. After a local lunch in a nearby village, embark on an overland journey back to Siem Reap, arriving in the late afternoon for a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.
